Plans
A.E.A charges a flat fee of $750 schematic floor plan(s). Once the floor plans have been completed and signed off by the client, this information will be used to develope a fee proposal for phase II, design & engineering to complete a permit ready set of drawings and Engineering stamped by an Architect or Engineer licensed in the state of Washington.
We will review review stock plans and provide an estimate to provide Engineering & Drawings that maybe required to meet all State & local building codes.
